Move It Or Lose It

The definition of LOSE is "unable to find, fail to keep sight of, or leave behind".

I feel that for some of us reading this, that definition may describe the the connection you have with God right now.  Feeling unable to find connection, unable to feel his presence, unable to hear His voice, unable to feel peace, hope or joy. Have you left God behind?

But let me encourage you with something.  The best part about something BEING LOST is that it is ABLE to be found again!

This past Wednesday you heard Hadley talk about Jesus turning water into wine.  The servants probably though Jesus was crazy when He told them to take water to the master of ceremonies as though it were wine. I don’t know about you but if people are drinking wine the last thing I’m going to try to serve them is water. This was Jesus’ first miracle that he had done, and because the servants obeyed Him it changed everything.

I hope you will take some time today to re-read the text from Wednesday night: John 2:1-11.

I want to encourage you to get reconnected; to do whatever Jesus is telling you to do.  When the servants did and trusted what Jesus said to do (even if it didn't make sense or it was weird) it turned out to be the BEST YET.
