Hey guys...today we are not sending out a devotional. Instead, we are using today's post to talk about what all Verve has going on tomorrow. It's gonna be an incredible day for so many reasons and we want you to be a part of it!
AWAKENING 8:00-9:00 AM
If you have never been to Awakening, you should come and join us tomorrow. It's at the church in the worship center. It's a great time for you to get alone with God to pray and worship. You don't have to be there right at 8:00, come whenever.
BREAKFAST AT CHICK-FIL-A
After Awakening we will go to the Chick-Fil-A in Rowlett for breakfast. You know you want some Chicken Minis.
SHORTENED EVENING SERVICE
Service will begin at normal time, 6:44 PM. However, the service will only last about 45-50 minutes. It will feature everything we normally do, just shortened. We will also be giving away FOUR $50 SUMMER BURN SCHOLARSHIPS. You read that right! We are giving away four Summer Burn scholarships valued at $50 each. So why are we ending service early? PRAYER @ THE SACHSE POLICE STATION
Immediately after service ends (around 7:30-7:35) Verve will be heading to the police station in Sachse to hold a public prayer gathering. We are going to invite the community to join with us as we show our support for law enforcement and pray for healing in the greater Dallas metroplex. This will be an incredible opportunity for us to stand together and make a difference. I would love for you to join us, but you must have your own transportation to the police station. Verve will not be providing rides.
DINNER @ RAISING CANES
To cap off a great time of ministry in the community, we will grab a late dinner at Raising Canes in Rowlett. Come grub with us!
